Traffic signal work postponed

Laurie Sanderson reported to Historic City News that the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork on Ponce de Leon Boulevard.

Traffic signals at the intersection of King Street and Ponce de Leon Boulevard that were originally scheduled to be turned off last night have been postponed to Sunday night, July 31st beginning at 10:30 p.m. for approximately three hours.

This is for an ongoing project by the City of St. Augustine.

The St. Augustine Police Department will direct traffic during this time, Sanderson said.
