Historic City News readers are invited to enjoy the latest exhibits, music, entertainment and refreshments at more than 20 art galleries this week along the First Friday Art Walk in St Augustine.
Old Town Trolleys offer free round-trips to the heart of the art district from the San Sebastian Winery, 157 King Street – or go on your own self-guided art walk.
This month’s highlights include:
• Meet photographer Lowell Beyer and see his impressive “Slice of Time” exhibit at 233 West King
• Sample the local Native American “Black Drink” and view the exhibit of photos, drawings and artifacts representing local tribes at the Crisp-Ellert Museum, 48 Sevilla Street
• See a showcase of wedding images from 22 artists ant renew your wedding vows at 7 p.m. at Amiro Art & Found, 9C Aviles Street
• See artist Tiffany Beasi demonstrate how she creates colorful surfers, dogs and more at High Tide Gallery, 51 Cordova Street.
Galleries are open from 5 to 9 p.m.
