Vice President of the Sea Oats Chapter of Florida Native Plant Society, George Waters, announced to Historic City News that this month’s program will be “Native Wildflowers” when the local chapter meets on Tuesday, November 20.
The local Sea Oats chapter meets at 7:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month, and is open to the public at the St Augustine Beach City Hall located at 2200 SR-A1A South.
Madeline Samec, St. Johns County Horticulture Program Assistant and Master Gardener, will discuss gathering wildflower seeds and discuss wildflower options for troublesome wet and dry soils.
This program is free and open to the public.
