St Augustine Police Sergeant Patrick McCaulley needs Historic City News readers to help identify a man captured on surveillance video at a local Kangaroo Station as he left the convenience store without paying for a 24-can pack of beer Saturday, October 27.
According to the clerk, the man got into the passenger side of an red 4-door vehicle. They make and model of the vehicle are unknown at this time, McCaulley said.
“I realize we don’t have much to go on to investigate this crime,” St Augustine Police Public Information Officer Mark Samson told reporters. “The detectives assigned this case believe that someone will recognize this person from his photograph and come forward.”
