“Our program will also include face painting and balloon animals for the young ones,” Whitson said. “Every child will receive a free book from the Early Learning Coalition and the first 80 children will receive a free bike helmet.”

Special guests appearing during the program include “Winnie the Pooh”, “Sparky the Clown” and a child safety presentation; courtesy of the St Augustine Police Department.
