The 4-H Toxophily Club reported to Historic City News that their third annual Turkey Shoot fundraiser would be held on Saturday, November 10 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Ancient City Shooting Range; located at 3150 Agricultural Center Drive in St Augustine.
The Club teaches valuable life skills through the sport of archery to St Johns County youth ages 8-18. 4-H is a community of young people across America learning leadership, citizenship and life skills.
There is no admission fee and the price is two (2) shells for $5.00.
The shoot is open to all ages and shotguns will be provided.
As one of our nation’s oldest, yet most current organizations, 4-H is reaching millions of young people with positive youth development opportunities.
