The office of A Lee Bentley III, acting United States Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, reported to Historic City News that this afternoon federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies will announce the unsealing of a federal indictment related to the attempted murder of a federal judge.
Bentley will be joined by FBI Special Agent in Charge Michelle S. Klimt, Jacksonville Sheriff John Rutherford, United States Marshal for the Middle District of Florida William Berger, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Special Agent in Charge Julie Leon at 2:30 p.m. in the United States Courthouse located at 300 North Hogan Street in Jacksonville.
