Howe is Veterans Day speaker for St Augustine Tea Party

Historic City News reminds our readers that Tuesday, November 11, is Veterans Day. On this day we honor the men and women who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

You are patriotically invited to attend the regular meeting of the Saint Augustine Tea Party on Tuesday, November 11, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Inn; located at 900 North Ponce de Leon Boulevard in St. Augustine.

As a special “thank you” to active, reserve and retired veterans attending the Saint Augustine Tea Party meeting Tuesday evening, the Village Inn will be offering a free slice of pie.

The evening’s guest speaker will be St Augustine resident and World War II Marine Veteran, Clarence “Lucky” Howe. Howe is a distinguished member of the Saint Augustine Tea Party, and he will be sharing his Veterans Day perspective.
