Sexual Predator: Charles Vernon Small, Jr

In accordance with Florida State Statute 775.21, this news release will serve as public notification that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has been given information that a person judged to be a sexual predator is now residing within St. Johns County.

The name of the sexual predator is Charles Vernon Small, Jr.

He will be residing at 1546 Lee Road St. Johns, Florida 32259.

Small is a white male, 43 years old, 5’11” tall, 210 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes.

In 2006, Small was convicted on charges of sexual battery on a child under the age of 17.

He was released from prison on April 5, 2014 and is registered as a Sexual Predator pursuant to Section 775.21 F.S. Small must complete a 10-year mandatory probation; as part of his sentence.
