The Republican Party of St Johns County will officially christen their “Victory 2012 Headquarters” in preparation for the critical November elections, according to an announcement from Chairman Harlan Mason that was received by Historic City News today.
Join the fun on Saturday, June 2 from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. in their new location, 525 SR-16 at the Westgate Shopping Center in St Augustine. The grand opening event kicks off the Republican’s “Get out the Vote” campaign, whose goal is to achieve 85,000 votes in St Johns County.
“We will have free food, politics, more food, and more politics; coupled with the inspiration of plenty of good old-fashioned speeches and campaigning,” Mason told Historic City News. “This grand opening event will be a lot of family-friendly fun and an opportunity for voters to hear from many Republican candidates and elected officials.”
St Johns County is designated as a Victory County by the Republican Party of Florida and Republican National Committee because of our strategic position in the 2012 Election.
“We have most of the candidates for state and local office already confirmed,” Mason said. “You will have plenty of opportunity to talk and get to get to know them better.”
Mason told reporters that St Johns County Republican voters carry a great responsibility in this year’s elections — to remove President Barak Obama and Senator Bill Nelson from office, and elect Republicans up and down the ballot.
