Renuart convenes local legislative delegation

Returning State Representative, Ronald “Doc” Renuart, announced to Historic City News that the St Johns County Legislative Delegation will hold its organizational meeting and general legislative public hearing on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.

Renuart, a Jacksonville physician who resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, is Chairman of the local delegation. The purpose of the December 17 meeting is to elect a Chair and Vice Chair for the coming year.

Also, during the meeting, the legislators will take public testimony on legislative issues, appropriations and local bills.

St Johns County Communications Manager, Michael Ryan, told reporters that the meeting of the St Johns County Legislative Delegation will be held in the St Johns County Commission Chambers located at 500 San Sebastian View in St Augustine, and is open to the public.
