O.C. White’s hosts senior’s dinner for Thanksgiving

Thanks to Cathy White again this year, Historic City News has learned that area elders were treated to a Thanksgiving feast; served at the table complete with all the trimmings.

This is the 6th year running that during the Thanksgiving holiday, White has opened the doors of O.C. White’s Restaurant, 118 Avenida Menendez, so that elders without family can enjoy a home cooked meal and some socialization.

The annual event is coordinated through the Council on Aging and is open to everyone over the age of 60 who meets qualifying guidelines.
