Historic City News readers attending the Nights of Lights today, and every Saturday in December, can leave their vehicle in a safe satellite parking lot and be chauffeured to the Visitor Information Center courtesy of the City of St Augustine.
The free Park & Ride Shuttle coincides with the busiest weekends during the Nights of Lights; operating from 1:00 p.m. and continuing until 11:00 p.m. with pick-ups approximately every 20 minutes.
“It’s a great way to avoid parking challenges and traffic congestion for those coming into the downtown for afternoon shopping, early evening dining, or after dinner late night strolls while enjoying the Nights of Lights,” said Paul Williamson, Director of Public Affairs.
Catch a ride at the following three satellite parking lots:
- St. Johns County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View
- St. Johns County Health Department, 200 San Sebastian View
- North San Marco Lot, 301 San Marco Avenue
