Historic City News learned that a group of 26 Flagler County middle school students are being tapped for leadership roles in their respective schools and this week they completed a rigorous training schedule to prepare them for those roles.

On September 13 and 14, 2013, the City of St. Augustine will become one of only five cities worldwide to host the “Gentlemen of the Road Stopover Tour” featuring Grammy Award winning United Kingdom band, Mumford & Sons.
The Florida National Guard informed Historic City News that a celebration of the 238th birthday of the US Army will be held during events at the historic St Francis Barracks located at 82 Marine Street in St. Augustine tomorrow, June 14th.
