Murder-Suicide under investigation
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office alerted Historic City News that their deputies are currently at a home in northern Palm Coast where an apparent murder-suicide has occurred.
Seat Belt Enforcement Campaign
Public Information Officer Debra Johnson told local Historic City News reporters that the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is participating in the “Click It or Ticket” enforcement campaign going on now through March 31st.

Robbins wins Cider Press Review award
Priscilla Proctor announced to Historic City News that an assistant professor of English at Flagler College has been awarded the 2011 Cider Press Review Book Award for her manuscript “Play Button.” Liz Robbins, Ph.D., will receive a $1,500 prize along with a standard publishing contract and 25 authors’ copies of her book, according to Proctor….
