Improv acting classes begin at Limelight

Local news reporters for Historic City News have learned that, beginning next week, Limelight Theatre in St. Augustine will host improvisation acting classes for teens and adults, instructed by Scott Abrams, director of ImprovJacksonville.

Last night, the St. Augustine City Commission got an update on the Bridge of Lions, made several citizen appointments, discussed offshore drilling and advanced a proposed ordinance to second reading.

National Society of The Colonial Dames of America reported to Historic City News that the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council in Jacksonville will revisit 18th century life at the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum this weekend.

Burglar arrested in theft of toilet paper and towels

Sergeant Charles Mulligan told local news reporters that the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 43 year-old man for Burglary to an Occupied Dwelling and (2) Counts of Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.

Flagler’s Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Yvan Kelly, recently had two articles on game theory published in two different journals, according to a report received by Historic City News today.
