Driver located in vehicle-vs-pedicab crash at Amphitheatre

St Augustine Police spokesman Cecilia Aiple reported to Historic City News that earlier tonight at about 7:56 p.m., the operator of a pedicab, a bicycle converted to a rickshaw, was struck and one passenger was injured by a hit-and-run vehicle in the area of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.
