Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.

St Johns County Traffic Operations is hosting a public meeting for Historic City News readers and the public who live in the vicinity of Boating Club Road on North Beach.

Historic City News learned that there was a picnic lunch for city employees and volunteers in the community who worked behind the scenes in many capacities to make Celebrate 450! a success. Mayor Nancy Shaver took her turn serving baked beans and pitching in with the chores during the two-hour event at the city’s Main Fire Station on Malaga Street.
