Historic City News has learned that TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, recently donated a total of $2,500 to the Early Learning Coalition of North Florida as part of the foundation’s commitment to giving back to the community.

Dr. Don D. Berglund, Associate Professor and director of the Public Administration Program at Flagler College, has published a book examining a number of controversial and compelling issues that the City of St. Augustine has faced in recent years.
