2016 St Johns County cultural grant applicants
The Florida Cultural Alliance and Division of Cultural Affairs reports to Historic City News that six non-profit organizations are projected to receive grants based on current legislative budgets.

Historic City News readers will notice a recent beautification to Gibbs Park on the western approach to the Bridge of Lions, thanks to work by the City and the Garden Club of St. Augustine.
In recognition of 450-years of St Augustine’s unbroken history as the oldest continuously occupied settlement and port of European origin in the continental United States, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument will host a special “Castillo by Candlelight” event on Saturday, April 18th.
