San Marco Avenue to receive shared-lane pavement markings
The Public Works Department of the City of St Augustine has announced to local Historic City News reporters that in about six-weeks, shared-lane pavement markings, known as sharrows, will be added to San Marco Avenue from May Street and West Castillo Drive.

Davis Shores warned about September water conditions
The City of St Augustine is warning Davis Shores residents, both north and south of Anastasia Boulevard, to be expecting reduced water pressure and possibly discolored water during the month of September.

Residents renewing their auto, truck and motorcycle tags after September 1 can benefit from a new state law reducing registration fees an average of $14 – $25 each. But, if they get in a hurry to send back their automated renewal ahead of time, they may be stuck with the current, higher fees.
