Historic City News was informed that Kenneth Rainer, education coordinator at the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve, has been named a “Star Employee” during a reception honoring this year’s recipients in Tallahassee on Tuesday, January 21, 2014.
