Historic City News was informed today that hometown celebrity, MacKenzie Lee Weeks, and her fiancé, Miles Terry, have decided to return to St Augustine to be married. The wedding is planned for June 21st.

Nellie’s legacy lives on at world’s oldest Oceanarium

Historic City News was saddened to learn that, earlier this week, Nellie, the oldest dolphin in human care, peacefully passed away at Marineland Dolphin Adventure. Nellie was born at Marine Studios, the precursor of Marineland Dolphin Adventure, on February 27, 1953.
