Cladek indicted in $100 million ponzi scheme
United States Attorney Robert E. O’Neill and James Casey, Special Agent in Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced to Historic City News the unsealing of a fourteen-count indictment today charging Lydia I. Cladek with Wire and Mail Fraud and Conspiracy to Commit Wire and Mail Fraud.
