Lincolnville road improvements require detours

The Public Works Department advised St. Augustine local news reporters that they will be making roadway improvements on Park Place — between Martin Luther King Avenue and Washington Street.

The work will begin at 7:00 a.m., Monday March 15th, and should be completed by Thursday March 18th.

Vehicular traffic will be detoured until 4:30 p.m. each day; however, residents and homeowners will have access to their property during the construction but with some delays.

There will be no parking at the curb in the roadway during the entire construction period. Any vehicle or object parked within the roadway during this time will be towed to a city owned parking lot.
