St Johns County Independence Day Closures

Public Information Officer Jeremy Robshaw announced to Historic City News readers in St Augustine and St Johns County the following closure schedule for county government offices, facilities and services in observance of Independence Day.

County Offices

All offices of the St Johns County Board of County Commissioners will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th. Normal hours will resume on Thursday, July 5th.

Library

All branches of the St Johns County Public Library System will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th. All branches will resume normal operating hours on Thursday, July 5th.

Solid Waste

There will be no change to garbage, recycling or yard debris pickup on Independence Day. All collections will be made on their normal schedule and transfer stations will be open as usual. Administration office will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th and resume normal hours on Thursday, July 5th.

Pet Center

The St Johns County Pet Center will be closed on Wednesday, July 4th. Normal hours will resume on Thursday, July 5th.
