St Augustine Navy League Vice President for Public Affairs, Kim Kendall, informed local Historic City News reporters that on July 30th, fourteen members of the St Augustine / Palm Coast Council of the Navy League of the United States were hailed aboard the USS NEW YORK (LPD-21) at Naval Station Mayport.
David Chatterton, General Manager of Old Town Trolley Tours of St. Augustine, proudly announced to Historic City News that, on May 16, 2014, his parent company, Historic Tours of America, successfully completed the acquisition of the significant historic property and local landmark, Potter’s Wax Museum.
Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Flagler College has announced several changes to Historic City News recently, including promotions at the Proctor Library including the promotion of Brian Nesselrode to director of library services.
