Monday morning, shortly before 2:30 a.m., Historic City News learned of a home invasion robbery at a residence in the 600 block of Francis Street in St Augustine when Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene.

On June 19, 2013, Romanza Board Members observed that TDC Funding Panel procedures were not followed during public presentations and funding panel deliberations.
Tourist Development Council member Scott M. Bartosch of St Augustine has served as an un-compensated representative responsible for developing tourism in St Johns County since the TDC was reconstituted by the Board of Commissioners in 2010.
