Florida Department of Transportation Public Information Officer Debbie Delgado has informed Historic City News that a construction open house is being hosted for the San Marco Avenue, May Street, and West San Carlos Avenue intersection improvement project as well as the May Street drainage project that will be starting next month.

The Florida Prosecution Attorneys Association announced to Historic City News today that longtime Assistant State Attorney David Smith was presented with the Gene Berry Award during their Conference in Bonita Springs on July 31st.

Historic City News was notified by Florida Department of Transportation Public Information Officer, Debbie Delgado, that traffic will be impacted at the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations where roadwork is being conducted. Communications Officer Teresa Monson reported to Historic City News that the St. Johns River Water Management District is accepting applications for its Blue School grant program.
