I suppose they figured everyone would be worn out, bored to tears, and lulled to sleep by the monotone drivel that passes for city business before this commission.










Supervisor of Elections Vicky Oakes reported to Historic City News this afternoon that at the close of Qualifying Week, today at 12:00 noon, a record had been set for the St Johns County Elections Office – 90 candidates qualified for the 2014 election cycle.
