Debbie Delgado reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Historic City News learned that on Wednesday, July 20th, after having completed a routine 24-hour shift as a St Johns County Fire Rescue Paramedic, Pete Accorti decided to see a doctor because he had been experiencing extreme fatigue.

There is a reason that Florida election laws restrict voting to “party members only” in Primary Elections. In layman’s terms, it’s to keep scoundrels from opposing political parties from selecting a ringer that they think they can defeat in the General Election.
The Early Learning Coalition of North Florida and the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of St. Johns County are inviting Historic City News readers to volunteer for their expanding Reading Pals program.
Historic City News has learned that St Augustine City Hall and the Lightner Museum have active termite infestation and that attempts to spot treat the wood in the 128-year-old building have failed; leading to damage of the building and its historic contents as well as exposing holes in the floor.
