Golden raintrees removed from west plaza
Historic City News reporters checked on the state-owned plaza, on the west side of Government House, as it was buzzing with city workers this morning; armed with chain saws, heavy equipment and an assignment to rid the park of the invasive “Golden Raintree”.



Lt. Jeremy Robshaw reported to Historic City News that firefighters were called to residential structure fire in a St. Augustine Shores neighborhood during the wee hours this morning.

Traffic is scheduled to be redirected onto the newly constructed southernmost Summer Haven Bridge by 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, according to an announced from the Florida Department of Transportation by Historic City News today.
