Dear Editor:
On February 3rd, the St Augustine Beach City Commission had a second reading and public comment on Resolution 2013-01, which would provide protection against discrimination in housing on the basis of sexual orientation.
NOW IS THE TIME for all good men to come to the aid of their city!
Effective one week after the next St Augustine City Commission meeting, Bill Leary will officially resign his seat; allowing the four remaining commissioners 10 days to name his replacement — if not done by February 28, the governor will make an appointment.
Shame on Nancy Sikes-Kline, the mayor and the other two commissioners — for disgracing the memory of ten former longtime St Augustine benefactors and eight living members legitimately elected to membership in the St Augustine Order of La Florida.
