Dear Editor: This letter is in response to an editorial I read in the June 15th issue of St. Augustine Record entitled “Our view: National history test results are poor”.
For seventy years, St. Johns County residents have had a love affair with the nimble and agile Jeep — including Historic City News Editor, Michael Gold.
Dear Editor: The St. Augustine 450 Community Corps, a 501.c.3 non-profit organized in 2007 to generate community interest for the city’s 450th anniversary in 2015, then moving to a support role in 2009 rather than appearing to compete with city efforts, is ramping up again.
Dear Editor: Community leaders have relegated the 450th initiative to a minor league affair.
Editorial: St. Augustine has reached an interesting point in the First America saga.
