I would like to call attention to the story of a citizen, taxpayer and St Johns County resident who refused to be intimidated and persecuted by her Community Development District (CDD) for simply asking questions. I will refer to her as “Concerned Citizen”.

I directed a request for a copy of the TDC Workshop agenda and supporting materials to Glenn Hastings, and I appreciate Dena Masters’ response to my request; however, after looking over the materials I was provided, and while paying particular attention to materials regarding St Augustine Beach, I have a couple of concerns.
