Since Florida is leading the nation in foreclosed properties, second only to California, it was no surprise for Historic City News reporters to learn that yesterday’s House Civil Justice Subcommittee heard a presentation that suggested cutting the courts out of the foreclosure process.
Classified as “Games or Devices” for business tax purposes by the St. Johns County Tax Collector’s Office, controversial “Internet Cafes” have quickly appeared in thirteen different locations around the county during the past year.
Flagler College Magazine Editor and Newspaper Adviser, Brian Thompson, met with Historic City News Editor Michael Gold and reached an accord that will help journalism students at Flagler College have their work published outside of college media, on a selected basis.
