Local Historic City News reporters were on hand this morning as Flagler College held its spring commencement ceremony for graduating seniors.
The Flagler College Alumni Association told local reporters at Historic City News that they will be hosting the 25th Hugh Shaw Memorial Longboard Classic on Saturday, May 1st, at 8:30 a.m. at Anastasia State Park.
Outreach Director Kelly Franklin informed local St. Johns County reporters at Historic City News that Girl Scout Troop 1057 enlisted the help of 28 other troops in their unit to sponsor a baby shower for Betty Griffin House.
Kathryn Schirmacher, Secretary of Citizens for the Preservation of St. Augustine, tells local St. Augustine reporters with Historic City News that her organization will be sponsoring two “Know Your City” tours hosted by historian David Nolan on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. and again at 12:00 noon.
