Historic City News reported that at the June 2nd meeting of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners, a motion was approved to adopt a Resolution authorizing the County Attorney to execute a Class Representative Employment Contract with four Florida law firms.

Historic City News was watching Monday night’s city commission meeting when it became apparent that at least two commissioners were feeling out-of-the-loop when it came to communications surrounding the 450th planning.

The St. Augustine City Commission in its regular meeting last night made the decision to appropriate up to $81,900 to the lowest responsible bidder to construct a sound attenuating wall at the Hamilton Upchurch skateboard park.

Historic City News has compiled the following list of county workers in St. Johns County who earn an annual salary of $60,000 or more, plus benefits; nearly double the $34,572 average annual wage of workers in all industries reported on the St. Johns County website.
