Larson, reported to Historic City News this morning that the North Florida Transportation Planning Organization has elected St. Augustine Commissioner Nancy Sikes-Kline treasurer and Planning and Building Director Mark Knight vice-chairman of the Technical Coordinating Committee for 2012.
