New county commissioners sworn-in
Historic City News will celebrate with friends, family members, and the public at large during a special day in county government; when three St Johns County commissioners will be sworn-in during a 9:00 a.m. ceremony, then participate in their first official meeting, and, at 2:00 p.m., return for a government ethics and transparency workshop.

When Supervisor of Elections Vicky Oakes convenes the three-member Canvassing Board tomorrow morning, provisional ballots from 338 St Johns County voters will be tabulated; enabling Oakes to be meet the deadline to certify the “unofficial election results” before noon on Saturday.
