Historic City News readers who are parents of elementary and middle school-age children are invited to register for the St. Augustine Art Association’s “After School Art Studio” which will focus on creating drawing, painting and collage projects inspired by the colorful paintings of Henri Matisse.
This year’s Learning Legacy Lifetime Achievement Awards were announced to Historic City News and presented by St Johns County School Superintendent Dr. Joseph Joyner on Friday, September 5 prior to kickoff at the football game between St. Augustine High School and Pedro Menendez High School.
The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 am in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for the noon recess.
