I have written to The St Augustine Record publisher, Delinda Fogel, editor Kathy Nelson, and opinions editor Jim Sutton because they are quoting Florida law — without giving the statute. It appears to unfairly diminish the value of the other Republican candidate in the District 6 race, Derek Hankerson.
St Johns County is responding to a water main break that has diverted all SR-16 traffic in the area of Lewis Speedway, while St Johns County Engineering Department spokesperson, Jessica Hamburg, tells local Historic City News reporters that the 6700 block of CR-16A closed today, and will remain closed for repairs through August.
