Police search for Walgreens Liquor Store robber

Public Information Officer Debra Johnson reported to Historic City News crime reporters that Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies in Palm Coast are searching for a man who committed an armed robbery yesterday.

The signature event of the law enforcement community’s year-round support of Special Olympics is the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run, and today, Historic City News reporters were on hand as the St. Johns County leg was run.

Person of interest sought in at least 10 burglaries

Historic City News readers are being asked for assistance in locating a 29-year old St. Johns County man; being sought by the Sheriff’s Office for questioning in connection with at least two burglaries that occurred recently in the SR-207 area.

Clerk credited for tipping off police in shooting

After police and reporters circulated the surveillance photo of the man who shot five times into the T-11 convenience store on San Marco Wednesday night, a clerk working in another store spotted a suspect matching the picture and notified the police when he left her store.

Convenience store shooting arrest made

Historic City News reporters learned that two men find themselves in jail today after St. Augustine Police officers located who they say fired five gunshots into the front of a San Marco Avenue convenience store.
