Born New Years Day in 1969 to Calvin and Brenda Baggett of Hastings, 41 year-old Sandy Scapellati passed away suddenly from natural causes on Thursday, April 15, 2010 in Palatka at Putnam Community Medical Center.

Beach access this weekend requires 4-wheel drive

Due to large amounts of soft sand this weekend, Historic City News local reporters were notified that driving on St. Johns County beaches will be limited to only those vehicles equipped with four-wheel drive.
