Fountain restoration – two to go
Historic City News has learned from the Department of Public Affairs of the City of St. Augustine, through its publication The St. Augustine Report, that two of Henry Flagler’s remaining original fountains may soon be restored.

A1A Historic Coastal Byway Awarded $853,932
Sallie O’Hara, Byway Program Administrator, reported to Historic City News this weekend that The Federal Highway Administration announced the awards for the 2008 grant applications in December.
Southern Exposure Music and Heritage Festival

Eight day dig on Cuna and Spanish Streets
City of St. Augustine Archaeologist Carl Halbirt will be having an archeology dig weekdays, Wednesday, March 4 through Thursday March 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the corner of Cuna and Spanish streets.
