The Seventh Judicial Circuit Court sadly announced to Historic City News yesterday, the passing of the Honorable Clyde E. Wolfe, who served as Circuit Judge for 12 years. Judge Wolfe died on the morning of October 31, in local hospice care. He was 65.

The parents of a St Augustine High School junior tell Historic City News that their son is the target of hazing from members of his class as well as a language arts teacher at the middle of a flap over a politically charged question on a vocabulary test given at the public-school Monday.

Gubernatorial candidate and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum will return to St Augustine, this time with an entourage from the Florida Democratic Party in Tallahassee. When Gillum visited St Augustine Saturday, March 17, 2018, he was joined by Ronald Rawls Jr in front of a small group gathered in front of the Lightner Museum where he said, “We will remove all symbols of white supremacy from public property”.

Less than 24-hours ago, the St Augustine Police Department informed Historic City News that Kenneth Edward Kurek, who lived at 204 Azalea Court in Saint Augustine, was struck and killed Friday night in a collision with a motor vehicle.
