When Historic City News learned that a St Augustine tow truck operator was summoned to bring in a disabled 2006 Pontiac G-6, parked along I-95, we had no way to know that this would be the last call he would answer.

St Augustine Beach Chief, Robert A. Hardwick, informed local Historic City News reporters that this morning’s execution of a search warrant has led to the arrest of two beach residents, the seizure of assets from a criminal enterprise, as well as illegal drugs and paraphernalia.

St Johns resident enters District 6 race for Florida Senate

Conservative two-term chairman of the Putnam County Tea Party, and former vice chairman of the St. Johns County Republican Executive Committee, Derek Boyd Hankerson, has announced to Historic City News his campaign seeking election to the Florida Senate, 6th District, which includes St. Johns, Putnam, Flagler and a part of Volusia County.
