400-KEVIN-DOYLEExecutive Director for Florida, Kevin Doyle, informed local Historic City News reporters that in order to further reduce America’s dependence on overseas oil, the Consumer Energy Alliance will participate at public hearings in Tallahassee and Panama City Beach to discuss a draft environmental impact statement for two proposed oil and gas leases in the Gulf of Mexico’s Eastern Planning Area.
