Spooks rise to haunt Anastasia State Park for hayride
Brittany McDermott informed local Historic City News reporters that on Saturday night, October 25th, Anastasia State Park will be transformed into a frightful and fun enchanted forest; complete with an old-fashioned haunted hayride down one of the camping loops.

Judy Dembowski, the Executive Director of St. Francis House, reported to Historic City News that St. Johns County Assistant County Administrator, Jerry Cameron, has been gathering treasures for the emergency shelter in St Augustine.
Laurie Sanderson reported the following St Augustine and St Johns County locations to Historic City News where the Florida Department of Transportation will be conducting roadwork that is expected to have an impact on driving, beginning this morning and continuing through the coming week.
Building and Code Enforcement Manager, Wil Franke, reported to Historic City News that former mayor Claude L. Weeks, Jr. and his wife, Kristina G. Weeks, have been officially notified of various violations of the Code of Law and Ordinances of St. Augustine, in connection with unpermitted construction work that resulted in the collapse of the Don Pedro Fornells house on September 25, 2014.
The City of St Augustine updated Historic City News today on the status of two major projects underway downtown. According to Project Engineer, Reuben C. Franklin Jr., all of the curb and sidewalk work is complete on the Transit in Parks project on Orange Street.
