Historic City News has been informed that St Augustine resident, 31-year-old Jodi Eller, became the first woman to complete the 1,515-mile Florida Circumnavigational Saltwater Paddling Trail that runs from Pensacola to Key West to the Georgia border.

Eastbound SR-312 bridge repairs will last a year

For the next year, Historic City News readers will notice workers with Orion Marine Construction, Inc. of Tampa, who will be installing a cathodic protection system to defend the piers beneath the eastbound side of the Mickler O’Connell Bridge on SR-312 from the debilitating effects of concrete spalling.
